Cadence：dc operating point里一堆电容的含义

定义：

电容=电荷量/电压值

Cxy = dQx/dVy

所以：

Cgg = dQg/dVg : the total capacitance of a mos seen from the gate：栅对地的总电容
Cgs = dQg/dVs : the capacitance between gate and source：栅源电容
Cgd = dQg/dVd : the capacitance between gate and drain：栅漏电容
Cgb = dQg/dVb : the capacitance between gate and body(Substrate)：栅-衬底电容
