.1 The TS Stream construction:
OK, we already do some research in this blog about the TS , please finding the associated portion.
The TS stream is not only the PES data but also the PCR for timing reference. So the control process for TS scan also has two aspect :
.11 for PES demutiplex
.12 for Time rebuild

.2 TS scan?
 Here it means STB input the TS stream ,system will find (by using the Demux & Descramle and PIDs settings filters)the playload of video and audio data in the TS,and send to video deocder to decoder.

.3 The scan process:
.31 The first scaned table is NIT: Why:
Because, that NIT It is intended to provide information about the physical network which used to setting the demodulation of tuner, so the process for scan a TS, should first get the information of NIT talbe to do.
And the NIT setting strong associated with the Tuner ,so if directly input TS, the NIT function can skip.
