对于射频和微波在什么频段的定义,我一直信奉的是Pozar 在《microwave engineering》第四版中的描述:
The field of radio frequency (RF) and microwave engineering generally covers the behavior of alternating current signals with frequencies in the range of 100 MHz (1 MHz = 10^6 Hz) to 1000 GHz (1 GHz = 10^9 Hz). RF frequencies range from very high frequency (VHF) (30–300 MHz) to ultra high frequency (UHF) (300–3000 MHz), while the term microwaveis typically used for frequencies between 3 and 300 GHz, with a corresponding electrical wavelength between λ = c/ f = 10 cm and λ = 1 mm, respectively. Signals with wavelengths on the order of millimeters are often referred to as millimeter waves.
但即使Pozar也留下了争论,RF和microwave一般覆盖100M到1000G,但RF覆盖的是30M到300M,microwave覆盖的是3G到300G,这中间留下了一堆的空白频段啊,就说300M到3G这段频段是RF还是microwave呢?
网上一份华为的讲义定义微波是频率高于300MHz的电磁波。
如果有其他的数据,我会继续更新,但估计没有明确的RF和microwave的频段定义才可能是最终的答案。
