Responsibilities: |
Participate in the design and simulation of products in the design phase. Work with designers to debug silicon. Collect characterization/evaluation data. Perform statistical analysis on data collected to set test program and datasheet limits. Select tester platform. Design and debug mixed signal ATE hardware interface board. Write and debug test software for production testing of analog, mixed signal and SOC integrated circuits. Develop and debug test patterns, scan vectors for evaluation of digital section of the IC. Interface with application engineers and product engineers as necessary to develop new ATE mixed signal tests conceptually as driven by marketing and datasheet needs. Release test programs to testing contractors. | |

Desirable Qualifications: |
Master's degree or equivalent in Electrical Engineering or relevant technical discipline, plus one year experience in mixed signal SOC designevaluation or test must have involved: design and debug of mixed-signalevaluation/test PCBs and perform high resolution AC and DC testing using lab instruments or ATE;debug of digital test patterns for SCAN, BIST etc and supporting DFT; SCAN, BIST,DFT programming test instruments and mixed signal ATE using C, C++ or VBT. Debugging and testing microprocessor based System on Chip design such as arm or 8051 core, or performing chip top-level co simulation (e.g. using Ivy, Adice, verilog) and ATPG (Automated Test Pattern Generation) a plus. Experience on RF ICs a big plus. |
