通过更改.cdsenv默认开启Library Manager的“Show Categories”显示

根据以上参考，修改启动目录下的.cdsenv，只需修改一处即可实现。

  cdsLibManager.main    showCategoriesOn    boolean        t

此后每打开Library Manager后都会默认开启category显示，如下：
